Responsibilities:
- Engage with digital leads promptly through various online channels, including India Mart, email, social media, and website / mobile app inquiries etc.
- Nurture leads through effective communication, providing product information, and addressing customer queries to convert leads into sales.
- Develop a deep understanding of our jewelry collections, materials, and craftsmanship to effectively communicate the unique selling points to potential customers.
- Utilize digital platforms and tools to maintain communication with leads, providing personalized and timely responses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling digital content that highlights new arrivals, promotions, and the brand's story.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with digital customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets, tracking progress and implementing strategies to meet or exceed goals.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Navigate e-commerce platforms, CRM software, and other digital tools efficiently.
- Provide technical assistance to customers navigating the online shopping process.
- Work closely with the in-store team and management to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.
