Job Description:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well versed in writing grammatical business English (UK preferred) with no errors.
  • One who understands that customer service comes first before anything else
  • Thoughtful decision-making skills with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives.
  • Graduate with any background preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • The job role involves working for various product listings on UK based e-commerce sites like Amazon, eBay, Groupon etc.
  • All the back end support work related to customer service messages, feedback reviews, reconciliation, payments, Invoice entering, product research etc.
  • Should be very attentive to detail and work with great accuracy.
  • Certifications with any Business English or British English will be an added advantage (BA/MA Candidates)
  • Sound knowledge on General Accounting, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Cash application, Order processing, and reconciliation. (Commerce Candidates)
