Job Description

Job Location: Pune, MaharashtraExperience: 4 to 10 yearsThe person taking up this role will be:

Responsible for development and implementation of e-Learning modules using authoring tools and Instructional Designing theories for Specialised Aircrafts.
Expert in designing and developing learning customized training modules/deliverables.
Should be able to analyze training requirements, instructional design project requirement and author training material.
Key POC to work with project Manager around the scope and tailor the solution.
Create project plans and related resource strategies together with the onsite team, as well as manage and instruct teams to execute projects leading to timely delivery and quality.
Assess training specific processes and propose improvement plans.
Visualize content and work with Graphic Designers in the development of graphics and animations.
Lead the testing process, conduct peer reviews, proof, read and perform a quality check to ensure adherence to the style guides and process specifications.
