Job Description

University Degree with at least 4-5 years of experience as admin support or executive secretary
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form and local / regional language
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and / or experience with SAP
Strong organizational and workload management skills to prioritize own workload and ability to work under time pressure
Willing to work collaboratively with other functions
Good negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers
Good basic understanding of procurement processes
Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment
Ability to work and coordinate with global counterparts, understands matrix reporting
