Fresher 
8,000 - 15,000 Per Month E-commerce Executive
1. Uploading products on the company website and on multiple E-Commerce Platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm.
2. Add and update product descriptions, images, price changes and other content
3. Update the
product information (images, videos, contents) from the admin panel.
Check daily orders of website.
4. Update and maintain the client website in Shopify as per requirements.
5. Add and update the product descriptions, images, price changes, inventory updated and other content as per clients requirements.
6. Quality checking and issue resolving.
7. Assist with new product launches
8. Quality checking and issue resolving.
9. Coordinate with internal team and client for further development of site/changes.
10. Maintaining trackers for product uploading, issues, daily AMC Work.
11. Maintaining records of product, price, inventory update.
12. Communicating with logistics/ dispatch department on order shipment, deliveries and returns.
13. Gathering information relating to the customer reaction to products.
14. Posting on social media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google add, etc.,
15. Communicating with customers to provide pre and post-order support.
16. Co-ordinate with Amazon team member for new offers, combos and better product performance.
Should have relevant experience and interests in E-commerce, Content management, Web designing. Someone with a positive attitude, dedicated and good English.
