Job Description

Job Summary
Copyall is a fast-growing national & international website for high-end jewelry, watches, bags and other products. We are expanding our business and seek a driven and hardworking Customer Service/E-Commerce Specialist.

Ability to multi-task and handle pressure and complete projects on time.
This position's main responsibility is marketing, sales, and also assist with daily office task.
The individual must have a great work ethic, high level of integrity and professionalism.
Able to work autonomously and be creative.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer service related to web sales
Assist office with office tasks.
E-Commerce Related Work
Website Marketing
Develop and increase website traffics and sales.
Create new sales channels
Monitor all marketing channels, also monitor market trends.
Able to work independently.

Experience and Job Qualifications:

Must be diligent and detail-oriented.
Creative and high work ethics
Know or understand Amazon/Flipkart/Ebay Sales Portal
Basic Web Marketing knowledge
Effective Oral and written communication skills
Self-Disciplined professional with the ability to achieve targets
Accomplished speak with successful presentation skills
Prior Experience is a Plus
Computer Literate, able to operate Office, excel, Out Look
