About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Create product listings on sites like Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay, Shopclues, Paytm, Amazon, etc. as well as our e-commerce site
2. Prepare large excel sheets with various prices and formulae
3. Communicate with courier companies and customers to make sure the products reach the customers
4. Coordinate with the production department for updated inventory
5. Address customer complaints on phone and email
6. Coordinate with people at online portals for deals & promotions
7. Ensure that all the products are listed correctly on all channels
8. Coordinate with operators (order processing) daily
9. Manage the daily online dispatches
10. Generate more and more sales
