Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Marketplace Management:
1. Oversee and optimize our presence on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon.in, Flipkart, JioMart, and others.
2. Monitor and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.

b. Order and Inventory Management:
1. Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
2. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
3. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a steady and well-balanced inventory.

c. COD Call Confirmation:
1. Implement and manage a Cash-On-Delivery (COD) call confirmation process to ensure order authenticity and reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions.
2. Communicate with customers to verify COD orders and provide a positive purchasing experience.

d. Performance Analysis:
1. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and marketplace performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance product visibility, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.

e. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
1. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
2. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards in product listings, order processing, and customer service.

f. Collaboration and Communication:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to streamline operations and enhance overall customer experience.
2. Communicate effectively with marketplace representatives and support teams to address any issues or concerns.
