Job Role: Ecommerce Online Support
· Responding to customer support inquiries as quickly
and accurately as possible via phone, chat and email.
· Manage, process, and track customer Order for timely arrival of online orders.
· Documenting product issues, providing customer feedback and generate summarized reports to Product Managers and Operational Departments.
·Data entry/analysis and reporting to support Management team.
·Communicate with other internal Operations, and working collaboratively with Ecommerce Channel Managers, Marketing, and Graphical Team.
·We Consider Fresher to 2 Years Experience and English must and need Bachelors degree in marketing.
