Job Description

About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing order fulfillment and dispatch with our logistics partners
2. Updating tracking IDs to customers
3. Communicating with customers over WhatsApp/Instagram/emails to answer queries and ensure smooth delivery/product feedback etc.
4. Managing returns/exchanges
5. Working on order and revenue management via Shopify

Note: The selected intern will be required to visit the office (up to) 3 times a week to pack new orders and get them ready for dispatch.
