Job description
Your role would be of a Sales Counsellor who would be required to sell the training programs of Companies pertaining to the IT and non-IT industry.
- Conversion of leads for certification programs received through various marketing channels
- Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes
- Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales
pipeline Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as a number of enrolments. - Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
Regular follow up with new and existing customers - Inbound and Outbound customer calls and converts them into sales
Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases - Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the Product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
