Job description

                   
Your role would be of a Sales Counsellor who would be required to sell the training programs of Companies pertaining to the IT and non-IT industry.

•  Conversion of leads for certification programs received through various marketing channels
• Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
• Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes
• Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales
  pipeline Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly, and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as a number of enrolments.
• Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
   Regular follow up with new and existing customers
• Inbound and Outbound customer calls and converts them into sales
   Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
• Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the Product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
