Job Description

We are hiring a counselor for an Educational Institute - ICAL Institute

Position - Education Counsellor

Location - Faridabad

Experience - 0-3 yrs (Fresher can also apply)

Job Description:

- Counseling Students about courses

- Clarifying doubts of students.

- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.

- Ensuring Follow up with Prospective Students

- The candidate must have good convincing skills and patience level.

- Training will be provided

- No Cold Calling

- Prepare students for later educational experiences by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to persevere with challenging tasks

*Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Day Shift

Skills:

Strong communication skills, including listening

The ability to challenge clients in a positive way

Patience, tolerance, and sensitivity
