Job Description

• Counseling students and providing basic information and counseling over the phone.Regarding the suitable programs.
• Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided• The process involves counseling the students for overseas education; follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations
• Filing the application forms (University) verifying, them and sending the same to the universities.
• Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students
• Maintaining the data of all registered students and their Visa status etc.

Skills Required

• Strong communication on phone and emails
• Candidate should have strong subject matter knowledge and willingness to help students from university shortlisting to visa processing
• Good in multi-tasking and managing multiple students
• Ability to adapt to an online counseling process and work in a target oriented environment
• Build an excellent working relationship with students and universities
• Having a background in a similar industry is an add on, freshers are welcomed too.
