1. Guiding students with regards to the course that we offer. Such as MBA / PGDM
2. Analyzing the profile of working professionals/student and guiding them with the courses accordingly.
3. Cold calling to the students and convincing them for courses.
4. Mass mailing to the candidates
5. Encouraging students to talk about issues they feel they cannot normally share with others.
6. Achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
