Responsibilities and Duties
· Handling fresh inquiries (making phone calls & walk-ins) Follow up calls to the prospective students
· Counsel prospective students & their guardians who are considering a career or career change.
· Evaluate student educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals.
· Advise students about what courses and educational programs they need to do for a career in the fitness industry
· Parents interaction and coordination
· Help students locate sources of financial support, help outstation students seek accommodations.
· Achieve admission targets
· System Updating & Follow up with the prospect who has been counselled already.
· Follow and complete the admission process for the student’s enrollment.
· Submit daily activity report to immediate superior
· Ensure to solve student queries (other than technical/functional)
· External Visits & Events Coordination is additional.
· Good communication and coordination skills, counselling skills require.
