We have an urgent Job Opening for the Post of EDUCATION COUNSELLOR.

*RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES*
1) Converting Leads to Admissions through counseling and follow-ups.
2) Counsel the students and guide them with the right career options.
3) Generating Walk-in by doing Follow up on Enquiry Assigned on Daily Basis.
4) Participate in Marketing Activities for Lead Generation.
5) Prior knowledge of the Education sector is desirable but not necessary.
6) Making Reports on a daily/weekly and monthly basis (Performance Report / Walk-in Report and Admission Report)
7) Self-initiative to Improve efficiency
8) Work on Plan of Action given by the Center Director and making sure the admission Target is achieved.

*QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS*
1) Experience as an Education Counsellor for a minimum of 3 years.
2) Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3) Good knowledge about the academic institute.
4) Good counseling skills.
