Location  to focus on - Mumbai (Virar and Thane)

Number of requirements - 25

salary to be offered - 15 K to 35 K (depending upon last drawn salary + interview)

Interview process:

1st round on skype by me

2nd round with State Head - Sales on zoom

Specifications:

Candidate should know hindi and Marathi as he will also be managing sales of Marathi app. Average English will be considered

No gaps in education & career - if thee are gaps there should be valid reasons for the same

Academics - should be atleast first class throughout

Candidate should download and study the Toppscholars app thoroughly before attending the interview

Candidate should have field sales experience with less ticket size of products, eg: property sales people cannot be considered

Age limit - max 32 years

Females willing to work until 10.30 pm at night can be considered for the role if they meet the above criteria

Candidate should be having their own laptop to work on

Qualification - Minimum 10+2 or 10+3

Open to male and female candidates who are willing to attend late evening counseling sessions and work on weekends

Should preferably have laptop and a vehicle to travel.
