Provide counselling for admissions, academics, student services, program selection and career planning
Duties & Responsibilities
• Handling counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social In addition, assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources to prospective admission seekers for the courses offered by University Online
• Provide comprehensive counselling to potential as well as existing students • Working with telephony systems
• Log calls and raise tickets and follow up / coordinate with various departments for closing the tickets
• Any other work / responsibility assigned by the HOD from time to time
Experience 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience Previous experience working as a counsellor in an education institute would be preferred Skills & Abilities
• Good command over the English language
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately
• Working knowledge of telephony systems and computer
• Willingness to learn and understand all the products and services offered by the organisation
• Ability to multi-task
• Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
