Responsibilities and Duties

Sales Counselor:-

• Maximizing sales of Educational Courses which are our products offering
• Efficiently handle channel relationship with customers
• Design and execute the business plan to achieve the bottom line and top line by identifying the proper lead provided by team and generate the business through telephonic and mail conversation
• Coordinating the activities with various teams like Product Head, Customer Support, Faculty, etc; for product delivery
• Fixing appointments with the customers, forwarding to the concerned team members and coordinating with them for pricing and follow-ups to close the business deals
• Daily follow-ups with customers & reporting managers to acquire current business
• Weekly and monthly reports discussion with the reporting managers
• Tracking and creating sales funnel with the help of CRM
• Post successful completion of training having Knowledge on the product descriptions and specialized in quoting & estimation

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in English.
• Fast learner and Passion for sales.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
