Job Description

The Role

As an educator at Studease, you will be responsible for scripting and shooting video content and creating study material for students. Your detailed role includes but is not limited to:

Creating a lesson plan for a self-paced ESE online program

Making concept maps i.e. concept dependencies for the subject(s) you teach

Scripting and shooting videos (at our studio) for subjects that are a part of the ESE exam

Creating study material: theory, practice problems and tests with solutions

Solving students queries on the app

Knowledge

Candidate should have secured a rank within the GATE exam or should have cleared the Indian Engineering Services/Engineering services examination (IES/ESE) Prelims or Mains exam
Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required
Those with a B.Tech. / M. Tech / MSc degree from top institutes (like the IITs, NITs, BITS etc.) are preferred

Hiring Process

Round 2: Audition for the role of a faculty by taking a demo lecture on any ESE topic
Round 3: Interview with the founder
