Job Description

About Position :- If you have passion for Science and Math and a gift of inspiring young minds, we are looking for you. You must be able to deliver engaging and innovative lesson plans that allow our students to grow academically, socially and emotionally.
Roles and Responsibilities :-

Delivering lesson plans to all students in class.
Teach according to the course structure provided by the Foundation in line with the educational needs, abilities and achievements of the individual students or group of students.
Registering and monitoring the attendance of the students of the respective Sarthak Yellow Room.
Identify the bright students of the class and work towards the development plan of those students.
Assigning, reviewing and checking Homework done by the students.
Assessing, recording and reporting the development, progress, accomplishment and behavior of the students.
Conducting and evaluating the test planned by the Course Structure Team and maintaining the data.
Maintaining a High score on Sarthak Yellow Room discipline, layout, cleanliness, layout and hygiene.
Ensuring a safe custody and maximum use of reading books, stationery, games and equipment by oneself during teaching.
