Responsibilities

• Identify online or physical tutors and build relationships according to business plan
  
• Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all related issues quickly and effectively 
  
• Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes 
  
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate 
  
• Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them 
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. engineers, BD, marketing team) to address their needs
  

• At least two year of sales, marketing or customer service experience in education institutes or internet companies
  
• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in any domain, preferably education or Internet and telecom sectors
  
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships 
  
• Teamwork, good to have exposure to analytics & report management 
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Effective reading and 
  
• writing English communication skills, Hindi language and/or other Indian language) 
  
• Problem-solving attitude, analytical, listening and organizational skills 
  
• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
