Regular inspections, cleanliness, fuel quality, oil changes, battery maintenance, load testing, and professional servicing are all crucial aspects of diesel generator maintenance. With a well-maintained generator, you can ensure uninterrupted power supply and peace of mind during critical situations.
- Diesel Generator.
- Step 1: Lubrication Service.
- Step 2: Cooling System.
- Step 3: Fuel System.
- Step 4: Testing Batteries.
- Step 5: Routine Engine Exercise.
- Step 6: Keep your Diesel Generator Clean.
- Step 7: Exhaust system inspection.
- A-Check : Daily Check for DG cleanliness, Fuel level in day tank, Oil level, coolant level, Batteries voltage, Specific gravity of batteries, Oil pressure, temp., voltage generated.
- B-Check : Carried out once in 500 hrs or 6 months. ...
- C-Check : Will be carried out once in 1500 hrs or 1.5 yrs.
