Job Description: As an Electrical and Electronics Engineer at Ardent, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and electronic components for our Solar Panel . Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, you will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Design and Development:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop electrical and electronic systems, components, and products.
Conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to determine the viability and effectiveness of proposed designs.
Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools to create and evaluate electrical schematics, circuit layouts, and prototypes.

2. Testing and Evaluation:

Planning and executing comprehensive testing procedures to assess the performance, reliability, and safety of electrical and electronic systems and components.
Analyzing test results and troubleshooting issues to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

3. Implementation and Integration:

Overseeing the installation, integration, and commissioning of electrical and electronic systems in collaboration with project teams and external partners.
Providing technical support and guidance during the manufacturing, assembly, and deployment phases to ensure adherence to design specifications and requirements.
Conducting onsite inspections and performance evaluations to verify system functionality and address any technical challenges or discrepancies.

4. Research and Innovation:

Staying abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in the field of electrical engineering and electronics.
Participating in research and development initiatives to explore new concepts, methodologies, and solutions that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Contributing to the intellectual property portfolio of the company through the creation and documentation of novel inventions, designs, and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a ITI diploma
