Swap Automotive Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Engineer with expertise in electric vehicle technology, printed circuit board (PCB) design, wiring harness development, and other electronic components. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, design, and implementation of cutting-edge electrical systems for our electric vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Electric Vehicle System Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop electrical systems for electric vehicles, including power distribution, motor control, battery management, and charging systems.

PCB Design and Layout: Create and optimize PCB designs, considering size, weight, thermal management, signal integrity, and manufacturability. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Wiring Harness Development: Design and develop wiring harnesses for electric vehicles, considering factors such as electrical load, durability, routing, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection.

Component Selection and Integration: Select appropriate electronic components such as sensors, actuators, relays, and connectors, considering performance, cost, availability, and compatibility. Integrate components into the overall system design.

System Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct rigorous testing to validate the performance, reliability, and safety of electrical systems and components. Analyze and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, wiring diagrams, and test reports. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology, emerging trends, and industry standards. Identify and propose innovative solutions to enhance the performance and efficiency of electrical systems.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with mechanical engineers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into the overall vehicle design. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
