Nature of work:

• Field work, where electricians along with a supervisor will be involved in project work like Pole installation, Erection of transformers, Substations, Meter replacement and the like.
  

• You will be recruited as project Manager handling Multiple projects across Karnataka.
  
• You need to execute this project with the team given to you by Allocating the work to team members in field.
  
• Supervision of work with safety instructions.
  
• Documentation of work for submitting to government for billing
  
• Talking to Officials at Government to process the billing faster.
  
• Reporting the daily status of the field work and Billing status via excel
  
• You will be raising invoices, Writing letters to officials if required
  
• You will be visiting the field to oversee the work done by the field workers.
  
• You must be capable enough to motivate the field workers, to get the work done faster.
  
• You must be capable enough to identify and depute work to the subcontractors for new regions.
  
• You will be keeping the economics (Expenditure details) of your project and will be tracking it as per the commercials fixed.
