Job Description

Need to supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

Recommend suitable procedures to control variations and monitor that these are correctly implemented.

Need to be involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and worker coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

He should be detail-oriented, have strong commitment, and be a team leader.

He should also display good decision-making, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.

Project management and project execution is mandatory.

Completing project pre-planning processes, such as cost control, planning and budgeting.
