.JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ELECTICAL ENGINEERS

 

Department: Electrical Engineering / Service

Electrical Engineer Commissioning / Service Job Responsibilities:

Installation, Commissioning and Service of Food processing equipment’s all over India in

terms of Electrical and PLC based complying with the company standards and procedures.

Electrical Commissioning Engineer Job Duties:

 Assemble commissioning documentation packages for commissioning / service trips

that include Load Calc, Heat Loss Calc, Electrical schematics, commissioning

checklist, Field service report, Minutes of Meeting, PSC, etc.

 Commissioning / service of equipment to be carried out in terms of validating the

equipment and finished good products.

 Discuss with engineering staff and other personnel to resolve problems at site.

 After return from site any unresolved issues, pending issue must be discussed with

engineering and be resolved.

 Service visits to be carried out in case of any electrical breakdown (normal /

emergency) immediately and execute effectively.

 Final documents to be filed in respective folders to maintain as records.

Electrical Commissioning Engineer Skills and Qualifications:

 Diploma/B.E. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Electrical Engineering with

good aggregate throughout the academics

 Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Installation, Commissioning and Service.

 Extensive knowledge in relay logic wiring and troubleshooting of control

components and wiring.

 Extensive knowledge in Allen Bradley PLC and HMI with ability to write and

troubleshoot programs, networking, communications in PLC etc.,

 Knowledge on Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Omron Components.

 Understand Risk Assessments and Safety Categories.

 Good Communication skill (English)

Recruiting process:

 Candidate has to undergo Aptitude test conducted in our premises.

 After then Technical scrutiny will be conducted on the same day.

 On Passing both process HR can do personal scrutiny as per their timing and finalise.
