Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Electrical and mechanical work related to in-house panel assembly
2. Aid in planning and executing electrical projects by researching materials, creating schedules, and assisting with resource allocation
3. Assist in installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and equipment, under supervision
4. Handle general administrative tasks like answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents
5. Assist in organizing databases, maintaining records related to projects and inventory, and performing data entry tasks
6. Support scheduling meetings, and appointments, and coordinating logistics for events or project-related activities
7. Assist in managing office supplies, equipment inventory, and procurement processes
8. Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for administrative and project-related documents
9. Be open to learning new skills related to electrical work and administrative tasks
10. Collaborate effectively with team members, contractors, and other departments for project execution and administrative operations
11. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines diligently
12. Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors, colleagues, and external stakeholders
