Electrical Trainer

Team | Role | Responsibilities :

• The Gurukul Team is the engine responsible for implementing The/Nudge's flagship poverty alleviation program 'Program in Life Management' across its Gurukuls.
• Gurukul North is expanding and we are looking to hire trainers to join the team. As theTrainer, you will play a key role in being the support system to our students at the Gurukul and empower them to achieve their potential.
• This position will directly report to the Principal at the Gurukul. 

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with our students (aged 18 - 30) to build a strong student-mentor relationship.
• Deliver the Electrical training curriculum in the classroom.
• Motivate and mentor the students about the profession through effective training.
• Conduct classroom and practical assessments for the students evaluate their performance.
• Be responsible for the timely delivery of the course and periodic assessments.
• Review and share feedback about the curriculum and content.
• Work closely with the Gurukul team to deliver better learning outcomes.

• ·Someone who enjoys teaching or training as a career.

• Having at least 1 - 3 years of experience in electrical training (theoretical and practical)
• Having good knowledge of electrical concepts
• Fluent in English and Spoken Hindi.
• A graduate in any discipline.
• Compensation : INR 23,000 to 30,000 per month (gross)
• Other details: Day shifts, free breakfast and lunch at workplace
