Job Description:
Confirm availability to perform tasks such that customer support team can notify you of tasks around your location.
Accept mobile app-based communication about scheduled assignments and operative advice from OEMs and Customer Care team.
Report to the allotted sites of customers on time.
Support service process to ensure optimal performance in various process activities - Installations, maintenance (servicing and repair) & troubleshooting.
Inspect product and problems, identify spare requirements (if any),update warehouse depot, give cost-estimate to customers, track spare arrival and complete service.
Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
Notify customer of payment link and ensure payment collection.
Report completion of task/ Request other engineer incase of technical limitations.
