Job Description

Post -Electronic Engineer /Sr. Technician-Electronics/ Production 
Ensure Meeting daily production target
oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
Job time Planning
Ensure Production as per SOP
Ensure Electronics Production Testing as per QC 
Issues inventory a highlighting Shortage for Production
Rework for Field Material and Line Rejection
Working on RCA for Field Failure and Line Rejection
Understanding Schematic and Layout for debugging of PCB 
Supervision of subordinate
Preparation of production SOP
Ensure Safety and 5S in electronics Production
 
1. Ensure Production Deliveries Targets for Ecofrost/SKD 
2. Implement and meet Quality Standards
3. Timely repair  
4. Work continuously to implement design modification and process improvement to reduce field failures
5. Adherence to Safety and SOP
1. Diploma /Engineering -Electronics Engineering
2. Work Experience: 3-5 year
3.  Experience of working in Production and Quality and Testing(Electronics)
4. Work experience in Related Industries (Electronics like Inverter manufacture, power controllers, Battery charger, Automation Industries)
Experience in Electronics Debugging and testing
Basic Traning in MS office
Basi Training in SAP
Electronics Knowledge 
the capacity to grasp concepts easily
attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality
efficiency in Soldering and rework
the ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet deadlines
the ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
