The job profile is addressing the queries and and to inform customers about products, resolve their issues and provide solutions. The shift will be day and timings will be any 8 hrs between 8am-8pm. One rotational off will be given. The candidate should be available to join immediately after interview.
Responsibilities:
Assists customers with the intent of promoting or selling company products or services through Email and Chat communication
Provide a basic level of customer support but refers more complex problems to other staff members
Demonstrate a high level of customer service orientation
Requires an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered
Prepares and follows up on customer quotes as required
Provides pricing and availability of our product to customers
Requests and coordinates discounted prices on large orders
Maintain required Chat quality level
Inputs all sales orders as a result of customer negotiations
Sells additional product through suggestive selling techniques
Performs other duties as assigned
