Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Email Marketing Specialist
to join our Marketing team! As an Email Marketing Specialist at our company,
you will be responsible for planning and developing our overall email marketing
strategy. You will be responsible for managing the strategy, leading your team
and ensuring that the business goals are met.
Responsible for creating email marketing campaigns to promote a product or
service. Determines target audience devises campaign and launches an email
campaign to create a buzz or generate leads for the business.
Job description
· The candidate is responsible for generating leads for the business through E-mail marketing, Digital Marketing.
· Bulk data extraction from Google, LinkedIn, facebook, twitter etc.
· Candidate should have experience in generating leads for Web design and development services from International Market like US, UK, Europe etc.
· Bulk data extraction using various tools for provided segments and verticals.
· Refining the mailing list and bulk mailing.
· Review mail response and forward leads to the assigned manager.
· Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
· Ensure messages are sent in proper form and template.
· Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
· Develop a personalization strategy.
· Review messages for brevity.
· Send messages to those who have opted in for messages.
· You will be working with the latest marketing technology in collaboration with other Sales and Marketing teams.
· Create a database of emails for lead generation.
· Follow up on interested respondents.
· Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.

Requirements and qualifications
· BA/BS or equivalent working experience
· Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
· Proficient using marketing automation technology
· Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends
· Experience with email automation tools
· Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
