The Electronics/Embedded Engineer serves as a member of a team of Engineers that is engaged in Research and Development .
Reporting to the Team Manager/ Project Manager. In this role, the candidate is expected to have the following technical qualifications:B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical / Mechatronics / Robotics / preferred, Bachelors degree with appropriate additional years of experience is also acceptable.
Knowledge in designing electronic systems (using circuit analysis/synthesis tools) required.
Knowledge participating in research on robotic related technologies in order to create new robotic systems including experience with motion control of robots is highly desired.
Familiarity with 3D printing for creating robotic components is a plus.
Proven programming skills in one or more high-level languages (C/C++, Python.)Knowledge in Hardware/Software design using MCU 16/32 Bits (NXP/ATMEL/TI/ST)Knowledge of communication protocols like SPI , I2C, UART , CAN Knowledge of internet of things
Familiarity/experience in Analog/Digital/Mixed Signals circuit design
Experience/familiarity with Localization methods, Mapping, and Image Processing as applied to control and operations of robots.
Knowledge developing sensing and perception systems for real-world applications. Experience with computer vision, sensor fusion, LIDAR/radar, calibration, point cloud processing a strong plus.
Knowledge with analysis and design using MATLAB/SIMULINK and controlling/programming robots using Robot Operating System (ROS) highly desired.
