Show format :-
- At Embibe we have a unique video content format with interactive features.
- A student using mouse enabled controllers like switch/slider/zoom buttons on-screen he/she can open/zoom in/change the angle/go inside a 3D object to achieve experiential learning. Imagine a student watching a video on Human Heart.
- The anchor on-screen prompts her to use the mouse/mouse pad to open the 3D model of the heart on the screen.
- She then can open the heart at the click of a button, zoom in, and watch a functioning Pulmonary artery or Right Ventricle.
- Features like this make a student's learning extremely personal and engaging.
You will be responsible for :-
- Creating assets for animation and optimization purposes to be used in creative storytelling.-
- Working intelligently on in-house or procured assets to match the written script and elevating it to new creative heights.-
- Facilitating the creation of stunning animations by working with creative producers and learning designers.-
- Identifying and leveraging the right multimedia assets to create the best visual story possible.-
- Owning the creative integrity of the learning experience to produce high-quality output in minimal time.
You must have :
Hard skills :-
- Excellent knowledge of rigging and animation using Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, demonstrating superb animation skills with knowledge of strong posing, weight, timing, rhythm, and storytelling within the technical specification of FBX or GLTF.-
- Well versed in the general workflow of 3D asset creation including modeling, UV unwrapping, PBR texturing, and basic animation.-
- Strong knowledge of 3D digital asset creation and troubleshooting in software (Blender, 3D Studio Max or Maya)-
- Able to follow reference images and reproduce accurate 3D models that are optimized in terms of poly count and textures.-
- Make good production tradeoffs to deliver maximum impact while minimizing turn-around time.
Soft Skill :-
- Motivated creative individual with strong communication and leadership quality- Strong output orientation, energy, and stamina-
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively while meeting deadlines
Great to have :-
- Experience in rigging / setting bones and IK-
- Experience in learning design/edtech as a sector-
- Experience in 3D Game asset creation
Education Qualification :-
- Bachelor in Animation /Graphic Design or equivalent -
- Diploma in Animation/ Graphic Design
Experience: 5+ years of experience in related industry, including movies, product design
