Qualification Required: Any Graduate, Post Graduate & Diploma
Skills Required: English Communication, System & Excel knowledge.
Experience Required: 1-2yrs Experienced can apply

Job Details:

Ensure all calls from employees are attended to and issues if any resolved within the Transport framework.
Any unresolvable issue is escalated to Operations team.
Prepare and send cab details SMS within time line and maintain the report Coordinate with vendor Tracking team
Ensure all vehicles are on track for login.
Attend the Emergency Helpline and co ordinate with Transport ops team and ensure timely help is provided to the employees
Monitor Fleet Vigil and immediately attend to panic alerts received through SMS or on fleet vigil.
Monitor and respond to emails received in Transport Generic email in-box on a timely manner
Co ordinate with various location Ops team for issues reported by employees
Prepare and maintain issue tracker and follow up with respective teams for open items
Preparation of Call summary report and sharing with Transport ops team
Preparation of no show SMS report and sharing with Ops & Routing Team within the time line
Age Group: Only 18-30 Yrs.
Salary Offered: Up to INR 15000/- Take Home+ ESI+ PF.
Margin-bottom: 0.25cm; line-height: 120%;
