END USER SUPPORT - MUMBAI
Incident Management
End User Support (Desktop, Laptop, Printers and Scanners)
Antivirus Management - End User
Patch Management - end User
Support Window -12*6
Location - Mumbai
Scope of Services: Deployment of Onsite L1+ Engineer to Provide Labour only Support to IEX End users in Mumbai 12hours x 6 days
FTE will understand and managed the technical issues of end users (remote or onsite) and resolve the issues related to EUC devices, Windows-based operating environment, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Office 365 Apps, Active directory.
Managed the ticket queue and provide support as per the high urgency tickets.
For parts requirement, Engineer shall intimate to customer nominated technical lead.
Engineer will have to work closely with the customer nominated technical lead and maintain the good interpersonal and good relations with the end users.
Adhere to the SLA set as per the role defined and as per e engineer will provide support as per the Severity / Priority level assigned or communicated .
Onsite engineer in Mumbai can also do the following in consultation .
o Installation, Backup, Restoration and Troubleshooting of Microsoft SQL & Postgres.
o Installation and troubleshooting of Visual Studio and all Inhouse developed Application etc.
o Should have knowledge and hands on with RHEL (Installation, Troubleshooting etc.)
o VM creation and installation on hyper v (initial level).
o 1st level network troubleshooting.
o Day to day critical service health check.
