Desktop Specialist-Microsoft System Center-Configuration Manage
Must-Have Primary Skill Required :
This position will be primarily responsible for SCCM Infrastructure configuration & maintenance.
Imaging, Patching & Software Distribution expertise are additional skills that are a must.
The role requires strong technical and communication skills.
Job responsibilities include MS SCCM configuration management tool expert-level knowledge; monitoring and reporting on key metrics; troubleshooting and correcting complex infrastructure & deployment issues; following strict change, incident, request and problem management guidelines; and ensuring compliance to service level agreements.
