We are looking for Customer engagement specialist (Female candidates preferred)for our Bangalore location (Kasturi Nagar) who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Learner Management Team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing calls from Doctors and address their queries.
• Managing email support for doctors and clients within the defined SLA
• Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction
• Develop an understanding of the medical courses offered
• Present frequent reports on activities.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced high volume inbound/outbound call center and strong customer services skills are required.
• Ability to understand and articulate medical terminology and technology is preferred.
• Excellent attendance & punctuality is essential.
• Ability to problem solve and independently deescalate difficult calls by recognizing/investigating the issue and asking the appropriate questions.
• Excellent fluency in English and Hindi.
• Ability to adapt to change and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
