Reporting directly to the Head of Ops & Marketing, you will be responsible for executing a wide array of activities - with a high degree of independence. We’re looking for someone who is results-driven - and we really mean “results-driven”. Someone who doesn’t get bogged by hurdles and works around them to achieve the objective. More specifically, you will do some of the following:

• Design and run marketing campaigns via Email, Messages, social media
  
• Manage our events (webinar, meetups, college sessions, including raising sponsorship, promotions and operational arrangements
  
• Quality control of operations
  

• By analyzing key parameters using excel. Don’t worry if you are not adept with Excel, but it’ll be a positive if you are.
  
• By manual inspection
  
• Work with the tech team to resolve issues
  
• Establish and manage partnerships
  
• Coordinate with our partners for operational analysis
  

CTC

CTC : 5.45 Lakhs

• You will get INR 35,000 per month / 4.2 Lakhs per annum
  
• You will get bonus up to 1.25 Lakhs (30% of your salary)
• Additionally, you may earn ESOP bonus as per your performance in the first year

Ideal Candidate:

• Have done similar kind of work in the past (doesn’t mean freshers can’t apply)
  
• Motivated to work in the start-up environment
