Network Service Delivery
Enterprise Service Delivery ownership and new NW Deployment ( hardware
and access) for delivering to the Enterprise needs
Plan for Service delivery within SLA
Support JC team for Service delivery , Material and resources
Plan Ensure all the necessary orders, teams tools availability for
Installation and commissioning.
Lead and document a smooth implementation, Share the progress report
to all concern stakeholders.
IC of the enterprise service delivery of Data / Voice links as per
business requirement or customer order / Solutions agreed.
Handover to Operations post acceptance test procedure clearance with
the customer after an end to end testing ( as per ATP Document)
Inventory Management of EDS and CPE for the Enterprise Customers
orders during implementation and recording of the inventory details in
the OSS process / systems.
Overall service delivery and deployment field activities monitoring
tracking
Coordination with the Deployment , IP team for the successful
completion of the installation and commissioning of the Demarc ( L2
Switch) and CPE as per need
Daily activity monitoring and interaction with vendor partner teams
for daily and weekly targets achievements.
Identifying gaps against various milestones to improve efficiency of
teams
Facilitating field teams with all the necessary process and material
support..
Material Forecasting ( CPE / L2 Switch ),short shipments relevant
mitigation plan.
Spares management at circles
Preparation of reports for weekly reviews
Network Solutions and Design .
Providing Technical and implementation solutions as per business and
customer need..
Basic BoQ build up , validation for the orders.
Service form and network inventory correction / validation
RFP support and final technical SOW.
Customer based network and service solutions ( HLD , DLD and LLD)
- In Depth knowledge related to Enterprise Products Delivery.
- Understanding of mission, vision strategies of Organizational Goals
- Having Good Interpersonal Skill , work together with all stake
holders to meet the target and excellent project Management skills.
Domain Expertise: Excellent understanding of different Telecomm
services offered and its task list.
Understanding of one or more of the following ITIL processes: Fault,
Problem, Configuration, Performance, Service Management.
Excellent Communication, presentation, analytical and organizational
skills.
Leadership Ability to guide, motivate and coordinating for Project
closure within defined Time.
Stake holder management (Product Owner, Business Owner, PM, BA,
Process Analyst, Solution Architect, Data Architect, Infrastructure
Architect, Application Architect, Solution Designers)
Strong analytical skills and be capable of translating complex
business problems into conceptual solutions that fit the business need
