Job Description
Responsibilities:
Staying up to date with international engineering trends.
Identifying and addressing problems.
Supervising production.
Estimating costs and timelines.
Conducting research and applying new knowledge.
Designing processes, materials, tools, and systems.
Making improvements to existing processes, materials, etc.
Implementing solutions and designs.
Training other engineering personnel.
Maintain equipment and systems ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all buildings and grounds.
Establish specifications for contract work and oversee implementation.
Prioritize and schedule work with operating departments.
Troubleshoot equipment not performing to specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and listening skills.
Steadfast dedication to ethical codes of practice.
