5. Raise the internal TASK and keep follow up for timely answer
6. Building Data Base (Db) and maintain the related data records for the enquiries with internal /external
Parties.
7. Managing critical delivery / priority cases, taking formal approvals by functional Manager / Management to
support clients.
8. Ensuring the effective and efficient way of communication and timely responses
9. Responsible for Order Change and revision request, follow the defined Metso way of Change Management
Process.
10. Managing day -to-day work related challenges / issue and meeting the organizational target
