As a Engineer, Support Center, here’s what you bring at Trantor:

Should have basic understanding of Windows OS and support operations
Communication skills, Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Technical support skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Ready to work in 24 X 7 shift & on-call requirement
24x7 monitoring and management of scheduled batch jobs
Maintaining of knowledge management database with clear guidance on managing all events
Monitor and escalate any issues related to early and late restart of jobs
Providing Level 1+ technical support
Batch processing and support, including provision of periodic weekend / on-call support
Work with team members to drive improvements in support applications and tools
Communicate clearly and professionally with all internal and external customers
Identify recurring issues and escalate appropriately for permanent resolution
