As a Engineer, Support Center, here’s what you bring at Trantor:
- Should have basic understanding of Windows OS and support operations
- Communication skills, Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Technical support skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ready to work in 24 X 7 shift & on-call requirement
- 24x7 monitoring and management of scheduled batch jobs
- Maintaining of knowledge management database with clear guidance on managing all events
- Monitor and escalate any issues related to early and late restart of jobs
- Providing Level 1+ technical support
- Batch processing and support, including provision of periodic weekend / on-call support
- Work with team members to drive improvements in support applications and tools
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all internal and external customers
- Identify recurring issues and escalate appropriately for permanent resolution
