Job Description

Primary responsibility to ensure seamless testing of products at various stages across the manufacturing process viz ICT In circuit testing, MFT Module Functional testing, Final products Testing

• Knowledge of testers and test equipment's from Keysight, Aniritsu and R&S
• Understanding of basic testing software
• Calibration of equipment's
• Troubleshooting of testers for critical failure
• Analytical skills to diagnose product defects
• Setting up ofTester's/Fixtures for new products introduction
• Understanding of Change management for test plan etc
• Understanding of basic electromechanical test fixtures
• Interaction with vendors for design & development of process
• People management capability to handle a team of Technicians
  

Additional Requirements:

Basic knowledge of TL9000 Quality systems

Tester maintenance knowledge

Spares management

Basic knowledge of TPM

Experience in six sigma projects, continuous improvement projects

Strong communication skills to interact with Global test owners located across multiple locations
