The Enterprise Application Engineering Specialist will join an amazing team dedicated to delivering solutions across the Privileged Access Management (PAM) suite. The team focuses on providing a seamless and secure experience across all of GE to ensure we protect the companies most critical assets. The Enterprise Application Engineer Specialist will work with senior members of the team to design and support solutions in our Multi-Factor Authentication and PAS solutions sets.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will

• Partner with senior team members to support key programs and initiatives to improve multifactor
  

and HPA solutions

• Ensure current and future solutions are scalable and supportable across engineering and
  

operations teams

• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with shifting priorities; must be
  

comfortable with change and actively driving improvements

• Demonstrated willingness to constantly learn and improve processes and technology to move
  

solutions forward in order to support desired outcomes.

• Clear thinker with an understanding of how new technologies impact the environment
• Ensure continuous availability of platform(s) via engineering, planned maintenance, and breakfix
• Assist L2 Operations triage support escalations for significant issues
• Provide L3 engineering support for significant operational changes
• Proactively drive problem resolution to ensure automation and simplification of key services
  

Education Qualification

For Roles Outside USA
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with basic experience.

For roles in USA:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum years of experience0years
Desired Characteristics

Prior working experience that demonstrates strong ability to lead across various organizational
levels

• Ability to learn light scripting
• Familiarity with change control processes, identity and access management principles, and
  

server infrastructure

• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new products quickly and comprehensively
• Vocation training
• A huge plus: demonstrated experience working in enterprise class identity solutions such as CyberArk, remote access or user authentication products, including familiarity with installation, configuration, design, and troubleshooting
