Job Description

Job Summary

English Instructor needs to have good proficiency in Spoken and Written English and should have the ability to instruct kids from 3 years to 15 years age Group.
The role of a Kumon Instructor is to discover each student’s level of academic ability and continually plan study session and provide students with English worksheets that are suitable for their respective ability levels.
The instructor helps students to increase their ability independently, through observing, recording of how students are improving and progressing. Develop methods that will aid their future instruction to the students. Willingness to learn from children.

Roles and Responsibilities

Instructing English to kids/Students.
Observe and understand the child thinking process and guide the children accordingly
Preparing their study worksheets for the classes.
Correcting the Worksheets.
Provide feedback to the parents on their progress.
Find new ways to help the kids overcome their challenges
Adapt to Kumon Methodology and process

Job skills and requirements:

Graduates of any Discipline.
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Enjoy working with kids
