Responsibilities and Duties
1. Strive to cultivate traits of self-respect, respect for elders and imbibe in the children, our Indian traditional and cultural norms. As foster parents, everyone is responsible for character and personality foundation.
2. Staff is expected to conduct themselves in an exemplary manner at all times.
3. Their behaviour must be above reproach, and they are expected to maintain the highest standards of character and integrity. It must be borne in mind that they are the role models to the children under their charge.
4. Staff are expected to be caring, sensitive, vigilant and observant at all times. Professionally hard work and simplicity should be the core traits.
5. Staff are advised to maintain cordial environment and do not become too friendly which will cause misjudgment of staff-student relationship by the students. It is an art to gain the respect of the children by counselling/ guiding them in a very controlled manner.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Location: Jain Global Campus, Jakkasandra Post, Kanakapura

• Position: English Teacher
• Qualification: Post Graduate with B.Ed.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching (Residential School)
• Good Oral and Written Skills
• Good Class Control
• Voice Modulation
• Implementing creative and innovative teaching methodology
• Should be ready to stay on campus
