We are hiring Enterprise resource planning Support Engineer on immediate basis at Cochin

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support through Phone/Online.
• Researches and analyzes all aspects of existing business practices and procedures.
• Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new process.
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and providing technical system support.
• Coordinates testing of software updates/patches.
• Lead projects with operational leaders to drive ERP & process improvement

Mandatory Requirements:

• 1-4 years experience in ERP Support/Implementation
• Knowledge in MS SQL & Writing query.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
